Takes:
The back-and-forth is the killer. A vague report turns into a long chat thread asking for details, and by the time you finally get clarity, the person who saw the bug has moved on to something else. It slows fixes and increases frustration on both sides.
4 daily my_teamWe get bug reports like 'it is broken' with no steps, no browser, no screenshot. It sounds small, but it wastes so much developer time and creates friction between QA and dev because everyone feels the other side is not doing their job.
5 daily my_teamWe get the same vague bug tickets and it drains momentum. You start a task thinking it will be a quick fix, then you realize you cannot even reproduce it, and the whole day becomes asking questions instead of building.
